I am 100% not saying you can get the full effects of meditation in a minute. I just wanted to introduce you to the concept. I often feel like I do not have time to slow down and just sit there and what say OM. But I think even I can spare a minute. It is a great way to reduce stress and relax before moving forward. Just close your eyes and listen to the river trying hard to clear your mind. Breathe deeply and reset.
